Femtosecond laser material processing as micromachining and nanoparticles fabrication require a careful control of the fluences deposited on the samples. In many cases, best results are obtained by using fluences slightly above the Laser Ablation Threshold (LAT), therefore its accurate determination is an important requirement. LAT can be obtained by measuring the intensity of the acoustic signal generated during the ablation process as a function of the laser fluence. In this work femtosecond laser ablation thresholds of commercially polished stainless steel plates, white high impact polystyrene, frosted glass, antique rag papers and silicon oxynitride thin films were determined by using laser ablation induced photoacoustics (LAIP). We show that a Yangian symmetry, namely, Y(su(2)), exists in the Dirac equation with spin symmetry when the potential term takes a Coulomb form. We construct the generators of Y(su(2)) explicitly and get the energy spectrum of this model from the representation theory for Y(su(2)). Porous hydrogel blends composed of various weight ratios of hyaluronic acid (HA) and gelatin (Gel) were fabricated by a freeze-drying method. The 1-ethyl-3(3-dimethylaminopropyl) carbodiimide (EDC) was used as a crosslinker to improve their biostability. The effect of the component and crosslinker content on the morphology, swelling ratio (SR), and mechanical properties were investigated. The results indicated that after chemical crosslinking the hydrogel showed a smoother and denser surface with less pores and a crosssection with smaller pores than that without crosslinking. The crosssection morphologies of the HA/Gel hydrogels changed from a sheet-like appearance to a fiber-like appearance with increasing HA content. The addition of HA improved the swelling property, but reduced the compressive strength. As the crosslinker content increased, the SR decreased; however, the compressive strength of the HA/Gel hydrogels increased. All these results suggest that HA/Gel hydrogel crosslinked by EDC is a potential candidate for tissue engineering scaffolds. 相似文献

Electrospinning is recognized as a simple and easy method to produce fibers with nanoscale diameters. However, the methods for controlling the shape, structure, and uniformity of electrospun fibers have not yet been fully investigated. In this research, the electrospinning jet behavior, corresponding nanofiber deposition, and average fiber diameter are examined for various nozzle diameters. Fluctuations in the sequence of drop growing, electrospinning, and/or termination of electrospinning are analyzed. We propose two different fluctuations according to nozzle diameter. A concept of entropy increment ratio()is introduced for compressible turbulence simulation through a series of direct numerical simulations(DNS). represents the dissipation rate per unit mechanical energy with the benefit of independence of freestream Mach numbers.Based on this feature,we construct the shielding function fs to describe the boundary layer region and propose an entropy-based detached-eddy simulation method(SDES).This approach follows the spirit of delayed detached-eddy simulation(DDES)proposed by Spalart et al.in 2005,but it exhibits much better behavior after their performances are compared in the following flows,namely,pure attached flow with thick boundary layer(a supersonic flat-plate flow with high Reynolds number),fully separated flow(the supersonic base flow),and separated-reattached flow(the supersonic cavity-ramp flow).The Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS)resolved region is reliably preserved and the modeled stress depletion(MSD)phenomenon which is inherent in DES and DDES is partly alleviated.Moreover,this new hybrid strategy is simple and general,making it applicable to other models related to the boundary layer predictions. 相似文献
